We are searching for a qualified Sr .QS Engineer who is ready to take on Quantities Takeoff (Quantity Survey ), Assessment,Planning Time & Cost, Procurement and Estimation for feasibility study position within a major Real Estate and development environment:

- The Sr. QS Engineer is responsible for carrying out a variety of basic field duties at the job of Quantity Survey related to the general construction and associated Feasibility study.

- Study the project scope of works, Owner requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from the supplied bid documents.

- Cost Engineering

• Applies principles of cost management & elemental cost analysis including construction life cycle implications where required.

• Recognises and understands cost sensitive areas

- Estimating

• Undertakes risk analysis in the context of construction

• Manage the preparation of Target Costs

- Planning

• Reviews progress of the project against the various programmes

• Preparation of delay and disruption programmes

• Monitors & controls critical elements of the process

• Identifies & communicates threats to budget & programme

- Project Management

• Report and explain the commercial progress to senior project staff

• Cost Planning and pre-contract cost control

- Procurement

• Evaluate and negotiate tenders including Subcontractors and suppliers

• Assess and identify risks and opportunities as part of risk management

- Commercial Management

• Feasibility study preparation with Risk and opportunity analysis.

• Advising and contractual matters and formulating correspondence.

• Undertakes benchmarking exercises & sets / monitors Performance indicators (KPI) of Project Manpower performance.

• Comply and work under Project department manager .
