Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg plans to build Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Mr Zuckerberg said he would start to build the AI with technology that is already out there  “What I’m sure I did not do is come up with a plan for a personal robot assistant.” He said Apparently this “simple” AI will do everything from controlling the heat and lighting in his home via voice commands to acting as a kind of supercharged baby monitor for his daughter Maxima.

It is also the name of the academic field of study which studies how to create computers and computer software that are capable of intelligent behavior.
