My client is seeking a Senior HR Manager / Leader to head up and establish the HR shared services centre for a leading financial services institution. Reporting into the CEO this role will lead the establishment, transformation and change management of the HR Function and shared services centre. This is an operational role which will take responsibilities of developing and establishing HR frameworks across talent management, talent acquisition, business performance, HR Quality & Standards and Policies & Procedures.
