Project Administration Manager - Fishhook Selection

Leading Multinational Engineering consultancy is looking for a Projects Administration Manager for newly awarded Mega building projects in Khobar, KSA.

• To be the first point of contact for general business questions

• To Manage the Administration duties such as new-employee orientation, contracts and payroll issues of the assigned projects.

• Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.

• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.

• Schedules travel, appointments, conferences, etc.

• Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly as per standards.

• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.

• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.

• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.

• Supervises the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy.

• Performs other related administrative duties as assigned.
