• Responsible for Develop and implement strategy and business plan to increase market share and profitability

• Managing the overall functions of the Elevator department

• Overall controlling of the installation, testing and maintenance of the Elevators & Escalators

• Responsible for submit & Present Status Report of the various units to client’s to inform the condition of the equipment with a suggestion of modernization

• Maintain the required ROI and profit level set by the management, on the overall projects done by the profit center.
