Data Management Executive - I-Expatriate

Position Title: Data Management Executive

Direct Report To: Beverage Systems Operations Executive

Indirect Report To: TA Optimization Manager

Main Responsibilities ( R .A.C.I )

• Improving the effectiveness of the database tools and services.

• Ensuring all the data complies with Nestle Professional regulations.

• Making sure the information is protected and backed up.

• Support the Beverage System Operations Specialists on regular reviews and presentation of Data Management result, correcting and updating the Nestle Professional database.

• Troubleshooting

• Regular reporting to the teams you work with.

• Monitoring database performance, Extracting data and generating comprehensive customers reports from the database on a regular basis.

• Building new databases.

• Complaint with data entry procedures.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Improving, adding and updating the Database for Nestle Professional. The program will include the BMB-MS and Nestle Professional Beverage Studio along with the customer accounts management on SAP.
