Co-ordinator - Corporate HR - Kuwait - M.H. Alshaya Co.

The Role:

Responsible for assisting the Department to achieve department objectives, and company goals in a timely efficient manner.





Qualifications & Requirements:

* Work with the HR systems and process team

* Co-ordinate HR new projects and data capture requirements

* Part of Project implementation team and to work with IT and external consultants

* Basic functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS is an added advantage

* Conduct trainings

* Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary

* Communicate with Line Manager any variances, or improvements to be made to current department practices

* Develop relationships both internal and external to achieve objectives within timescales

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency with MS Office and using a computer

* Previous administration experience

* Able to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask
