Client Coordinator - Kaya Skin Clinic

DELIVERABLES OF THE ROLE:

• Interfaces with Clients at the front Desk including Booking appointments, having conversation with clients on services, products

• Managing telephone with attending incoming and outgoing calls

• Handle all billing deeds including cash

• Meets clients for explaining services, takes calls and appointments

• Assist Clinic Manager in maintaining the clinic inventory and handling specific reports (daily, weekly & monthly)

• Out calling to promote new schemes/offers
