The Tours In-charge (TI) works to develop and enhance the facilities and services available in order to create premium pricing that can be utilized by the travel consultants and stimulate sales. This position aggressively negotiates competitive and enticing travel deals, tour packages and overall industry pricing. This position is responsible for working both independently and in collaboration with all departments and staff. The understanding of the significance of this role is imperative in advancing the organizations objectives and furthering the company’s mission.
