General Manager

we are seeking General Manager - Saudi Arabia to be based in Riyadh.

Reporting to the board directly.

You will be responsible to direct activities in KSA in order to meet short-term and long-term objectives, achieve customer service standards and develop the company.

- Strategy, policy & processes Develop and implement strategy, policies and processes for the company which align with the strategic plan

- Business planning Develop and direct business plans which ensure achieving objectives.

Marketing Direct marketing activities which support market positioning, and sales

- Sales Direct store operations and sales activities to achieve sales

objectives - Supplier relationships. Direct agency/supplier relationships to ensure that the company interests are protected and relationships are optimal

- B2B Develop and extend B2B sales and sales operations to ensure maximum advantage is taken of opportunities.

- Customer service Ensure all sales and service activities are provided in line with the highest standards of customer service

- Supply chain Ensure SCM delivers a supply chain service

- Generic management accountabilities

- People management. Manage, develop and motivate people to achieve high performance and support the achievement of business objectives

- Reporting Manage accounting, planning and reporting processes in line with the company financial policies and procedures

- Compliance. Ensure business unit activities are conducted in line with the company policies and procedures.

Responsible for revenue generation across products

- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share

- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
