• Knowledge over Work Place Safety, and Process oriented work procedures.

• Planning of Production based on Customer requirement.

• Continual Improvement of Product quality

• Ensuring the Health and Safety Guidelines has been followed.

• Overseeing the Production Processes, drawing up Production Schedule.

• Make sure the Products are produced in time and are of good quality.

• Working out the Men and Material Requirement for the Production.

• Monitoring the Production Process and adjusting the schedules as needed.

• Coordinating with other Department Managers in the technical Part of the Product.
