Administrative Assistant

Imagine being the right hand to the Top Management handling all personal, financial and confidential issues and performing administrative and executive tasks. Some of the tasks include: - Supporting Top Management with diverse and operational task, including public relations and business development. - Managing the daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, keeping track of calendars, scheduling meetings, correspondence, telephone conferences etc. - Help promote and drive business opportunities. - Performing any tasks or duties as required, at the request of the Management. - To follow up on actions taken by the managers. - To conduct research and/or follow up on special subject matters as directed by the executive to enable more effective decision making. - Handle day to day office requirements. - Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials which are clear and easy tounderstand for meetings and presentations. Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails. -Tracking projects through from start to finish managing time, tasks, and involved individuals effectively. -Interact with senior executives, legal counsel, customers and vendors, potential consultants and corporate partners with a high degree of professionalism. -Prepare presentation materials, cover/introductory letters, contracts, and other business documents. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for company executives as well as ad-visors, consultants and other team members as necessary.
