Responsible of all flights arrangements of Managers and Sales people (including tickets, hotels, visas, and car rentals).
Manages and reviews filing and office systems
Assists in organizing events and exhibitions.
Adjusts offers according to the company’s standards.
Types memos, letters, e-mails, and prepares documents and presentations according to requirements and instructions.
Coordinates with other employees on behalf of the Executives with regard to information gathering / sharing and following-up.
Handles all administrative tasks related to the Business Development Manager
Answers calls, reads and respond to e-mails, and handles queries
Identifies and orders stationary and office supplies.
Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Attends meetings, takes minutes, distributes and follows them.
Will handle basic accounting:
o Receives Travel expenses invoices, checks them, prepares travel expenses report and secures the right approvals before filing.
o Responsible for the Office Petty Cash
o Filing
